Dr. Kajal Patel is a board-certified Nephrologist who has served the San Jose community with distinction for over 16 years. Her clinical focus includes hypertension, electrolyte disorders, glomerulonephritis, acute kidney failure, and the prevention and treatment of chronic kidney disease. She is passionate about providing high quality medical care to her patients in partnership with their families and strongly believes in the importance of education for improving kidney health.

Dr. Patel attended medical school in Karamsad, India at Pramukh Swami Medical College. She completed her residency at University of Oklahoma College of Medicine followed by her nephrology fellowship at Stanford University. She is currently the Medical Director at Silver Creek Hemodialysis Center in San Jose. In addition to her outpatient clinic, Dr. Patel provides nephrology consultation services at Good Samaritan Hospital, El Camino Hospital - Los Gatos, O’Connor Hospital and Regional Medical Center.

Away from work, Dr. Patel enjoys reading, cooking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
